您好,我是張令雅,具備 2 年科技產業專案管理與數位行銷經驗。過去負責科技論壇、SaaS 行銷專案與跨部門協作,培養了我從商業目標、使用者需求到專案落地的整合能力。

在工作過程中,我發現自己最有熱情的並非單純執行專案,而是理解使用者行為、發現問題背後的原因,以及思考如何透過更好的流程與產品設計改善體驗。因此,我投入使用者體驗相關學習,並完成 Nike Training Club App UX Redesign 專案,從評論分析、使用者訪談、資訊架構重整到 Prototype 驗證,完整實踐研究與設計流程。

我期待未來能在重視產品思維與使用者體驗的團隊中,結合研究分析能力、跨部門協作經驗與對人的觀察敏感度,協助團隊打造更清晰且有價值的產品體驗。

Hello, I'm Lingya Chang, with 2 years of experience in technology project management and digital marketing. I have worked on technology forums, SaaS marketing projects, and cross-functional collaboration, building the ability to connect business goals, user needs, and project execution.

Through my work, I realized that what motivates me most is not simply executing projects, but understanding user behavior, identifying the reasons behind problems, and thinking about how better processes and product design can improve the experience. To deepen this direction, I studied user experience and completed the Nike Training Club App UX Redesign project, covering review analysis, user interviews, information architecture restructuring, and prototype validation.
