how did I
manage
the value?
Firstly, as an exhibition coordinator, I would discuss with the business supervisor to understand their promotional objectives and key focuses for the event. Based on this information, I would explore market trends and potential themes for the marketing strategy. Sometimes, I also suggest exhibition content based on their preferences.
Once consensus is reached with the business unit, I would proceed to arrange proposal meetings with relevant product departments. Following alignment with the business side, I would convene meetings with the marketing department and product managers to discuss the exhibition details, such as timing, location, booth size, and estimated quantities of dynamic and static demos.
Additionally, I would ensure that the exhibition theme aligns with the previously discussed business requirements, such as expertise in Motion Control, Leading Edge Computing, or AI x IoT.
Following thorough proposal and meetings, I can proceed with my schedule in the Xmind with a well-defined direction and cohesive theme in mind.
